The night before New Years Eve. 12/30/2014.
Welcome to my first blog on my website on one of the last days of the year. Well 2014 was a great year and went by super fast. I swear the second you have a kid, time just starts to fly by. You also start to measure time by you're kids age. For example, I am getting married at the end of March and when I was starting to plan the wedding I would say okay lets do March, that is when Anabella will be 18 months old. Or oh it's almost Christmas time, wow Anabella is already 15 months. Anyways...this next year, 2015 is going to be the most amazing year of my life. I can just feel it. I am going to help get everyone I know on a healthy and happy lifestyle plan. The minute I made that switch in my mind, to literally change my lifestyle (Mind over body) I have seen a huge difference in every aspect of my life. I want to help everyone get fit from the inside OUT. My blogs will normally be longer and more interesting I PROMISE but now I am going to share a recipe with you that will be great for all you clean eating friends that want a little treat.
