ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO FEEL GREAT

I'I always knew i was destined to do something with this world and help other women, be a voice and an inspiration.
I never knew quite what that was until recently.
I met my soon to be husband when I was 25 and shortly after we met I got pregnant. HA! What a surprise! I was terrified and knew immediately that I had to take better care of my body. Before I got pregnant, I was very thin and was not eating much, when I did eat it was most likely Mcdonalds or Ramen noodles with cheese and ranch. Oh and hot sauce and some more cheese. Needless to say I went from 120lbs to 200lbs in 9 months. I gained 80 lbs with my daughter and the minute she was born I started to get very depressed. My body changing during pregnancy and my body after pregnancy really affected my well-being and self-esteem. I had no idea what healthy eating was even though I thought I did but I knew I had to do something about it right away before I sunk even further into a depression. More importantly, a happy baby comes from a happy mother so my journey begun as soon as my doctor released me 6 weeks post partum.
Angelo (my fiance) is a personal trainer, jiu jitsu instructor and lives a very healthy lifestyle. He introduced me to clean eating and attempted to train me but I felt discouraged, nervous and embarrassed because I could barley do a lunge. I didn't want him to see me workout because I was so ashamed of myself.
So I was waking up early every morning with my baby girl, I kept seeing the same informercial for T25. Looked great, 25 minutes a day and the results looked amazing, seemed a little too good to be true but I knew I had to do something. 2 months after baby, I ordered Insanity. I figured I'll do T25 after Insanity, LOL WOW I was so funny. Not sure what I was thinking but I've always had that "Go big or go home" kind of attitude.
I pop in day 1 of Insanity and fall to the floor after my fourth burpee. I thought this was literally going to be impossible, how could anyone do this. I was quitting before I even started to sweat. My hips, my ankles, everything on me was hurting from barley doing anything. I didn't know how I was going to do this.
However, every morning I kept getting up and trying my best and day after day I started to get stronger. I remember the first day I finished the round of burpees. I was so happy and knew my hard work was starting to pay off.
3 months post baby I had lost 50lbs. By 6 months post baby I lost all my weight and had more muscle definition than I've ever had. I have now done Insanity, T25, P90X, 21 day fix, Piyo and Insanity Max30. I am completely hooked and obsessed with beachbody home workouts. They have changed my life and I want to help change your's. It is possible.
Changing my lifestyle not only changed how i look on the outside but more imporantly changed me on the inside. I am more confident, knowledable, aware and best of all I am happy.
Let's do this together. Sometimes all we need in life is a little support and I support you.
