21 Day Fix

My Results in just 21 days! 

So I want to share a little bit of my story using this program. 
I decided to try the 21 day fix because I wanted to learn about nutrition and portion control. I was already working out prior to getting the program but I never really understood the science about my own nutrition. I didn't know how much food my body needed everyday. All I knew was I had to stay away from processed foods, GMO foods, non-organic foods, fatty foods, and all that. Eating healthy wasnt enough for me to reach my goal. My goal was to have strong and lean muscles and lower body fat.
After doing the 21 day fix, not only I got to where I wanted to be but I also learned so much about nutrition. Im really happy with this program.
